Terms & conditions:

1. The quiz is being organised by the Member Secretary, H. P. State Pollution Control Board.
2.  Entry to the Quiz is open to the students of Himachal Pradesh
3. The quiz will begin as soon as the participant clicks the “Start Quiz” button.
4. Organizers will not accept any responsibility for entries that are lost, are late or incomplete or have not been transmitted due to computer error/glitch or any other error beyond the organizer’s reasonable control. Please note proof of submission of the entry is not proof of receipt of the same.
5. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, organizers reserve the right to amend or withdraw the Quiz, modify the rules, prizes without prior notice at any time.
6.  Organizers reserve all rights to disqualify or refuse participation to any participant if they deem participation or association of any participant which is detrimental to the Quiz or the Organizers or partners of the Quiz. The registrations shall be void if the information received by the Organizers is illegible, incomplete, damaged, false or erroneous.
7. Organizer’s/Member Secretary’s decision on the Quiz shall be final and binding and no correspondence will be entertained in this regard.
8.  All disputes/ legal complaints are subject to the jurisdiction of Shimla only. Expenses incurred for this purpose will be borne by the parties 
9.  Any correspondence with participant will be done through email id provided by the participant at time of filling the registration form.
10.  Team shall have to make webcam on/active while playing quiz.
11. By entering the Quiz, the participant accepts and agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, mentioned above.
